1. Fill out the attached Entry Label form for each submission, (print
from your computer).
2. Attach one completed form to each entry. Make certain that all
entries are clearly labeled. If videos and/or audio cassettes are submitted
in boxes, please label both box and tape.
3. Complete the Entry Fee form and enclose in a separate envelope
together with a check for the correct amount. Foreign contestants must send
an international money order or a check in U.S. funds drafted on a U.S.
bank.
Make checks payable to: NRDC International ECO-Awards.
Do not send original art. Entries Will Not Be Returned. Submit all entries
in original format. Oversized, bulky or valuable pieces may be submitted
in slide form, or 8 x 10 photographs. Film entries must be submitted in
NTSC format.
ENTRY FEE
A fee of $45 must accompany each entry.
DEADLINE
All entries and fees must be received by Monday, July 1, 1996.
